Who knows what led to my love of science fiction?

As a child, I remember reading Ray Bradbury and horror comic books right along with "Archie & Veronica." The TV shows that really had an impact on me when I was young were the Twilight Zone, Night Gallery, Space 1999 and Star Trek.

What else? Well, I've always considered the movie Logan's Run a powerful influence on the way I imagine a future world.

Some of my favorite authors today include William Gibson, Bruce Sterling and Tim Powers. And the short story collection "MirrorShades" is always amazing.
